The Stickley Manor is our newest model home and is located at 5252 Main Street in Pleasant Prairie, WI.  We are located in Village Green Heights subdivision, east of the intersection of HWY 31/Green Bay Road and HWY 165.  Village Green Heights is an established subdivision with many beautiful homes.  We have built many homes in Village Green Heights, and are excited to have our newest model located just near phase II development in the subdivision.  Phase II consists of 83 lots.  For a plat of the subdivision, please visit www.villagegreenheights.com.

The Stickley Manor is a craftsman, architectural version of our custom stock plan, The Patriot.  The craftsman details are prominently present in both the exterior and interior details.  The home offers a warm, turn-of-the-century feel, and was designed to maximize functionality of the 2,526 square feet of floor space.  The home features a mud room with walk-in coat closet and cabinet lockers, four bedrooms, and a very spacious kitchen/dinette with a large center island.  The great room is open to the kitchen and flanked by beautiful wooden, tapered columns.  The focal point of the great room is the fireplace mantle, which consists of a tapered full mantle surround and glass tile.
